As part of the course I am taking they want us to fill out a sleep diary - this should be interesting!

After two very long days at work, I feel like I've been shot at and missed and $#!+ at and hit. I didn't know it was possible to wake up more tired than you were when you went to bed the night before...
Oh yes, it's possible......and sleep is not something you can catch up on. Your body eventually adjusts, but there is no such thing as catching up on lost sleep. Today should be a pure adrenaline day for you. Good luck!!

I dunno about adrenaline. I think at this point I'm running on pure willpower and desperation! Yesterday, I was busier than a one legged chicken dancing on a hotplate, and today is shaping up to be about the same.

You are so funny - that is cute!

It is weird - normally I sleep through the night (most of the time) but last night I awoke at 1 a.m. (about 90 minutes after falling asleep), then again at 4 a.m. for just a second, then back to sleep until 6 a.m. when I got up, went to the washroom then back to sleep until 7:40)

I'll start my sleep journal, but I am hoping it will become better than this!

(to be honest I HAVE fallen asleep in front of the TV at times)

It is probably because I had this silly sleep journal in the back of my mind that I kept waking up all night.

Wasn't in here yesterday. Played Floorball (scored 5 goals but we somehow lost the game) and was deadtired afterwards. Before playing i always froze to death It was -15 C here!! coldest day in this winter and a severe wind that made it feel like 25. And the door was locked. I stood outside waiting for the guy who had the key and turned slowly blue. I froze so much that i shook and i shoooked so much that i got warm and then i stopped shaking and started to freeze again. I also visited the booksale. Got The Brothers Karamazov by Dostoyevskij, The Great Gatsby, A Clockwork Orange and a historybook about the Vasadynasty (kings in sweden between between 1520-1654) that founded the modern kingdom of Sweden. Approximately contemporary with the Tudors in England. A wild and violent dynasty (and that goes for both men and women) but an interesting one. On saturday i'm planning a trip to two other bookstores to check out their sales.

She's still under the weather but improving. Mr. Blue is home with her today and says she has a bit more energy than yesterday and was able to get up on the bed herself (a great sign!). Here she is last night with her new dinosaur.
