Fear is the Mind Killer

...I have lost far to many family members-and we are a SMALL family-to this killer of memories, thought and hope...I will not be a victim, and to hell with the idea that suicide is a sin...for me, at end of life-it's MY life-and I will choose my own exit, if not claimed by something swift like massive MI or cerebral event...

Something terrible happening to one of my kids or my husband is my worst fear. Death doesn't scare me, but the thought of all the things I'll miss irritates me. I can't even be the first one to bed--until everyone is out, I'm wide awake.
