MrsSmeej ! And I could use advice, too. I started actively watching what I eat about 2 weeks ago, but now I'm
really motivated. I started using the MyFitnessPal app, which you can get for free on smartphones, and it's a food tracking app that works just like the WeightWatchers one. (The last few days I wasn't logging in anything because I wasn't really in the mood to eat at all, and it started yelling at me, haha.) And exercising definitely helps get the endorphins going.
