I’m reading your book “On Writing” and the part giving me a plot to use to write didn’t do too much. While listening, I thought about what I could write about (what I know). At first I thought about the pain I’ve brought to myself since I was seventeen with rewriting my life over and over and over again. Hoping for it to come true and jump off the pages (I’ve rewritten it so much down to what classes I should’ve taken in high school, it could be as long as your novel “it”). I would Add in family members that never existed and trips I wish I could’ve gone on. Heck, I would even add in things I wish I could’ve had at the time. This regurgitated something that comes on frequently in my day to day life ,but I never thought to really dig deep into.
Why do I like to rewrite my life?
What’s the purpose of doing this?
.....Am I crazy?
Hopefully this will be something that I will stick with. ✌ Hey! It is my life.
And who knows my life better than myself?
P.S.(I’m also reading “everything is f*cked - a book about hope”.You should read it some time. Mark Manson is a good writer.)
