You saw correct. € 300What???? Seriously 300 Euros, you haven't missed a zero out or anything? My Brother's sleeve costs him £80 per hour, admittedly his artist is one of the best in the city and people do travel a good distance to be tattooed by him, and he has about a 3 month list. He is probably 2+ Grand into his, and still has a few inches to go.
would be more beard than Grant...have him get Willie Nelson or U.S. Grant er summpin', and the beard will already be done....
Mine was 45 hours over a year and was $450. He's normally about $150 an hour but he loves the Dark Tower so much he did it for a flat fee. It was a labor of love. He actually owned a shop where I was in talking to another artist and he overheard and begged me to let him do it. I'm so glad he did!Look for a 'home' tattoo artist. See his work, ask around, and if he's good, it will save a lot of cash. My DT one will have 22 hrs of work when it's done and only cost me € 300,-
Nothing sad about it. Your skin, your ink, YOUR story. Wear that bad boy with pride.I meant i'm a saddo for having a tattoo of my car ;-) Petrol head thro and thro me!!
Pin up girl art is so great.
Was the barbed wire part of the design or the typical "hey a barbed wire tattoo would be cool" idea from teenage years that you end up thinking "now it doesn't fit anything."? My Brother got a football team related tattoo on his foream when he was 16, then by the time he was 21 he had started on what would eventually become a full sleeve of lions, cherry blossoms and background desert rock on the same arm. Luckily for him his tattooist is very good and he covered it very well.
I don't have any but if I could afford one I would get an Alaskan/Canadian wilderness scene with a lone wolf howling at the Aurora Borealis. No idea why.
I'm too scared of pain to get a tattoo. Do any of you have your beloved's name tatoo'd on you? I've been trying to get my husband to do this for me. He says it's the kiss of death for a marriage, but I think it would be the sweetest gesture. A fancy heart with flames and my name on his shoulder..... swoon.
We've been married nearly 23 years, so I feel like we're in the clear.
It's very different. I'm terrified of getting blood drawn because the needle actually pierces into the flesh. I don't even have my ears pierced! But tattoos just scratch the surface of the skin. Very different.I very much enjoy looking at tattoos, the artwork I've seen is amazing, but for myself, anyone approaching me with a non-medical related needle better be a faster draw than me...lol
It gets really annoying when I tell a nurse that I'm terrified of getting blood drawn and they don't believe me!True! I equate a tattoo with a road-rash...like when you fell off your bike as a kid and slid across concrete. Have a ton of tattoos and many piercings but hate shots. Go figure!
wow that's awesome
I am seriously bummed about this. I'm going to tell him that my SKMB friends think it's the best idea ever.NOOOOO! The only names you should ever have tattooed on you are....parents, children, dead spouse, pets.
