I'm not sure, but by the way muskrat was posting conan's words, was conan jewish?" This, this is a good boy!!" Young Frankenstein...By the will of Crom...blah-de-blah-blah....
You really fell in a sewer?! Oh boy,not fun at all!As long as you didn't come across the critters from It,I guess it is okay, but gosh stay away from them, everyone floats down there,or so I hear..
I agree - I know of a Mom who drove several miles to go to a big mall for trick or treatingWell.. The grand total is.. 9, I had 9 trick or treaters tonight.. And I understand that a lot has to do with different times, but I can't help but feel a bit sad. People are so afraid now, afraid of clowns, afraid of this, afraid of that, people hardly even leave the house on a holiday like this unless it is to go to a mall or a public gathering spot.. I suppose it is changing times, but I still feel bad when I think of all the fun we had when we were kids looking forward to it and going out to our neighbors. And we didn't just have packaged candy then, we had popcorn balls, candied apples, fudge and cookies,etc.. and now people are just too afraid, and I think a lot of it is from crap that the media pumps up over and above what really is going on.. So I am sad tonight, but still,I wish all here a happy Halloween.. maybe things will change back someday..
Bumping this thread because of the interest in clowns with the release of the new trailer..I have to say that I believe that last year's hysteria, with people going nuts about clowns here there and everywhere,is a case of you ain't seen nothing yet..I think once the trailer for It hits the theaters, and in the summertime with the kids out of school, that what we saw last year will be dwarfed..I could be wrong, and hope I am,because to me it is all a bunch of silliness, people scaring themselves in 99 percent of the cases.
Oh? So? A Weisenheimer, eh?
....damn!....the kid's more oogly than old greasepaint head.....
Poor Georgie!! It's all Bill's fault......damn!....the kid's more oogly than old greasepaint head.....
I agree with the new posts by Jojo87 and Tery,I never found anything scary about clowns,at least as a kid..it took to being an adult, and seeing what John Gacy did,and SK's treatment in IT,to really set the hook..but I am not really afraid, not at all..as I said in the beginning,I think it is almost a fad to say you are afraid of clowns..I am not scared of clowns even if IT was scary at least this new version of it. I used to watch when I was a kid a Finnish series that was about a clown and he wasn't scary to me even if he had a little scary face.
