I'm so frustrated. Companies charge more in Canada just because they can. They have excuses. It costs more to ship it here. It costs more to go through customs. But then, downloading an e-book (King's article on Guns is a good example) the price to download in Canada was DOUBLE. Just because.
Well, I was looking through some books I was considering downloading, and I thought the price seemed rather high. Considering with a download there is no shipping cost, no paper or ink, no customs, and you would presume less "middle men". Well, I would presume that anyway. So, $9.95 to download The Stand seemed a bit pricey. I checked the price for a brand new paperback version of the same book. It was $9.45.
These publishers are really ticking me off.
