Quick request for some prayers.

A good friend of my mom has some serious issues. He went in to have a pacemaker removed because it was failing. The doctor found that the wiring was disintegrating into his heart wall and stopped the surgery in order to move him to a hospital better equipped to handle the severity. Transported him by ambulance this weekend to the other hospital, only to find a blood clot in his lung. Meds to help the clot are causing hemorrhages in the pacemaker area. Not good.

It's been particularly hard on mom as this is 3 years exactly since my dad was admitted into the hospital for his final bout with cancer. It's hitting her all over again and she is very close with the wife of this pair. Thank you!

My good friend's mother in-law just got the all clear after surgery to remove a cancerous growth a few months ago, needless to say a huge sigh of relief escaped everyone.

Glad to hear some good news re cancer - there is always hope!
