It's been amazing meeting so many wonderful people through Stephen King and his message boards. It was an honor being an original Beta Tester and an even greater honor to meet Stephen and Marsha and so many other great people. I've had a lot of fun on these boards over the years and I've seen a lot of bullshit here too! And I wouldn't change any of it --it's all been a part of my Herstory.

All the best to you all.

My heart is heavy because of the happenings going on now and to be honest . . .I'm not reading too many comments on the web. It's a major war out there now. Rodney King was praised and even mocked for his quote: "Can't we all just get along?" At times that seems nearly impossible.

You are an amazing group. I wish you blessings, peace and fairness to your love ones.

Not all of you will get this but many will . . .Keep the wind beneath your wings and a sink to piss in . . .

Some funny random stuff I remember from years past:

The thread 'Four Words Not To Say On A First Date'. Shoesalesman replied: "Your skull is neat.". That was priceless .

In the 'What Are You Reading Thread ' when Dana Jean said she hated The Grapes of Wrath and was praying the whole time that The Joads would drive into oncoming traffic and die a fiery death. LOL

All the funny memes regularly posted. Especially from GNTLGNT osnafrank fljoe0 and Sundrop

The endless exchanges and "love pats" (not spats, heh) between Marsha and Dio.

After next Tuesday Ms Mod and I intend to remain in contact and exchange lengthy prose to one another. I’ll admire the gift of her writing abilities and she’ll correct mine for spelling and grammar, and send them back to me with choice sarcastic comments. Some things will never change. ;):)
