It baffles the mind. He was an invited guest. There is no known argument or anything that preceded this.
They were celebrating Bermuda Shorts Day, which is end of school. And the guy that will be charged tomorrow, had been accepted into some law course for next year. (Just caught a bit on the tv.)

Thats really strange that just snapped for no reason. His dad was a veteran police too i wonder what he thinks about this? R.I.P to the victims.

His parents sent a message through the chief. They are torn up, and the police have been clear the victims were all innocent people.

...I am deeply sorry for the victims and their families, I could give a rip about the killer-another stain on the undershorts of humanity...I feel for his dad honestly, a "veteran" officer, who now has to contend with a child who ripped the fabric asunder of everything his father stood for in his career, and the mutterings and mumblings that will come from his rank & file...the true officers will be there for him and his wife, and I hope they outnumber the deadwood that exists in every department...
