I may pick up one of those rotisserie chickens that are already cooked - they cost less than buying a raw chicken and cooking it yourself. I have a few good recipes where you just use the white meat from the chicken and combine it with other ingredients.
(I am not really in a cooking mood today - sort of tired and blah feeling :tire:)

Nah - just out of the regular routine this week and it is minus 11 out - I was hoping for some milder temps! :laugh: - thanks for asking, though :)

Thanks Grandpa - I am going to see a chiropractor this afternoon. Don't know if you "believe" in chiropractic treatment or not, but getting my back (spine and neck) cracked seems to be helping me.

(I have noisy bones and that satisfying "crunch" sound always works for me!)
