Wasn't sure where to post this, as the closest section was for the SK website itself, it seems.

How can I send a private message to someone? Is it the start-conversation application? If so, how do I address the message?

Yes, this Board's software uses the term Conversation rather than Private Message. There are a couple of ways to do this. You can either go to the person's Avatar and click on it and then when the pop-up window comes up click on Start a Conversation or you can start a new conversation from your Inbox by clicking on the Start a New Conversation link at the top right. From there type in the member's name--you'll see a listing of possible members suggested and you can choose one of those or continue to type in the full member name or names if you'd like more people to be included.
