I'll send you my mailing address! (I don't have Thinner yet) :rapture:

You've got a treat in store, it's a great story and the 1996 movie is terrific. Robert John Burke & Joe Mantegna play the main characters, in my opinion a worthy adaptation. I won't go in to more detail, I don't want to "spoil" your ride.

Somewhere over the Rainbow
Hiding in the car from hubby (not me, the books I bought, ha!)....he doesn't understand that part about buying books when you can just get it from the library...he says "What do you do with books after reading. They just sit around and collect dust." Anyway, when I retrieve my books, this is what I got, Needful Things in hardcover, The Dark Tower II and III. Also Bag of Bones hardcover, which was free. Buy three, get one free at the Bargain Book Store. So they were like $8-$5. I was tempted to get the Salem's Lot that had a comic book cover. Wasn't sure about it, so I thought I would wait. The girl at the counter was reading Dr. Sleep. We chatted for a bit.
