  L.T.'s Theory of Pets

Synopsis:

LT has a theory about pets, particularly his Siamese cat.  It had belonged to him and his wife until he came home one day to find a note on the fridge from his wife letting him know she'd left him, but left the cat.

Really spooky how you don't know what happened to L.T.'s wife at the end. Good storie funny at times.

this is one of my favorite king short stories. it balances the real life emotions of a divorce and the memories of your relationship with the feelings of loss from the relationships end.... and the relationships end isn't what you think it is during the beginning of the story. superb
