This story was interesting, though not horrifying. There was an element of mystery and childhood trauma like in Stephen King's. I was expecting some haunted house adventure but it was a good contemprary horror true to King's style...thats what I like about him..he is an original !

ADORED this story. Anyone who has ever hated a step parent will get an enormous kick out of it! My favourite part is the youngest daughter's line at the end - absolutely priceless.
