I've read this book twice and thoroughly enjoyed it both times. It surprised me that this was listed as a short story collection because all the stories were somehow related, but just like many of King's other short stories: shawshank, the body, apt pupil, etc. this will easily be one of my favorites; as are many of his non-horror pieces of work.

This book was absolutely amazing. Although there were a few parts I could have done without, The writing style is beautiful and the stories are amazing. It also has a few meanings that I can relate to life which makes it all the better. By far one of my favorite books!

This is an absolutely great book! King did very well with showing the connection and emotions that people share. This book made me cry several times since it was very detailed and I could connect with what I was reading as if it had really happened. This is one of my favorite King books even though it isn't scary, which is refreshing for him to do. Great book and I definitely suggest reading it.

I just got done reading this story in particular for the first time. It's after midnight, and for awhile all I could do was just stare at the wall and let it all soak in. It's going to be one of my all time favorites, I can already tell.
