This is an amazing set. I wish I would have kept the set. Couldn't wait for the next book to come in to the store. I lost the very first book so I donated the rest.

I was surprised when I saw such a tiny book on sale. I had heard that years ago they did stories that way. I loved the way the story was told and couldn't wait to see the next book for sale. I am lucky to still own these 6 small books and love the story. What a master!

This series was the first I had ever read by Stephen King when I was 12 and it sent me to a whole other universe with the phrase "life isn't fair" right at the top. I loved the entire series, they made me laugh and cry till the very end. Thank you Stephen King for being the amazing writer that you are and sharing your imagination with the world.

The whole entire series was amazing. Though it was not a horror story as we have been used to with Mr. King, it still had different elements to give you Goosebumps. It was a dramatic and haunting story that really showed the different sides of life: the flawed system (no proper trial), the passion and love Coffee possessed, and the mundane evils of a simple human (Percy). The movie really captured the essence of the books with great acting and dramatic scenes. This is one series that will stand the test of time.

***SPOILERS***
the movie is a very sad movie since John didn't kill the poor little girls but it turned out to be Billy the Kid I cried when I saw the movie, I thought that since they had John save millions of peoples lives and he wound up curing Melinda they should have let him go free instead of killing him... And as I write these thoughts I am watching The Green Mile and reading The Stand, both of which are very sad.
