For anyone else who is frustrated that this is limited edition...relax. It's a single essay originally entitled "Ever Et Raw Meat?" It is worth reading, of course. The New York Times has it online. And Google is your friend. You're welcome.

Limited editions are unfair, everyday people can't afford to purchase even if we can find them and yet everyday people are how the authors became so successful. Doesn't change my opinion of Stephen King being a great writer. Its just frustrating.

I understand the purpose ob limited additions; however, is it possible that all the special limited edition books could be released in paperback so that all us avid SK fans don't have to experience the anguish of longing to read a "off-limit" novel/story? Please????????????????
