    Default The Long Walk

While its not exactly a new book, it is to me. I finished it up about two weeks ago. It took my only 3 days to read the whole thing. That is incredibly fast for me, as I am a slow reader. I find Richard Bachman books to be very fast reads. While I love books written by Mr King, I think I much more enjoy books written by the late Richard Bachman. Between The Long Walk, The Regulators, and It, those are three of my favorite books in the world so far. I do hope Mr King keeps publishing the manuscripts left behind by Mr Bachman.

Bachman is more raw, gritty and fast-paced than the King. I like 'em both equally.

Hi eldryn! Love the Bachman books; they're such a fast ride. The Long Walk is my favorite of those books but Rage and Blaze are right up there.

Sadly, I think Blaze might be the last of the Bachman novels. I read the foreword in a bookshop a few weeks back.

(This is my first, too, btw!)
