I had a hard time getting into this one at first, too. But I just re-read it, and loved the whole thing, maybe I just didn't give it a fair chance.

What I liked about Bag of Bones was that it was an honest to goodness ghost story that was totally believeable with very interesting characters and a narrative you will not be able to put down. Read and enjoy.
