    Default Women only

What 1 thing do you do special for your man ? Men think we have to do the ironing, clean for him and etc.. So here is the place to say what is on your mind and tell the men to do things for himself.

My fiance is a student in the Marine Corps right now, going through infantry and intelligence courses (he is an officer) so we only see each other on the weekends, and he spends A LOT of time "in the feild" getting his butt kicked by the elements and eating MREs.

So I cook! I am a military cook, and have foudn a love for it otherwise, so I try to come up with really big, fancy meals to fill his belly and keep him thinking of me while he starves at school!

I try to make my boyfriend really smile at least once a day, can't really bitch about him cause he does nothing wrong..... which does annoy me sometimes

i have alot of things on my mind at the mo that i cant really talk to anyone about, my mother is really sick, she has emphysema and finds things really hard right now and theres nobody there to help her, its just her and my baby sister in her house and none of the rest of my family really cares how she is except me (long story), so im always fighting with guilt because i dont help or visit as much as i can, i hate my job but cant quit, also have to find somewhere new to live,

Sorry if im boring the readers of this but feel better now i've let some of it out

My husband cooks, buys most of the groceries and does most of the laundry. No complaints here but much appreciation.

I make coffee that puts Starbucks, etc, to complete shame. My guy is a coffee snob, so I make the good stuff.

you know, not enough. I used to do more but lately I have been mighty selfish, I fear.

I used to make fancy appetizers just for us to eat after our girl went to bed and make our family room all romantic- fire in fire place, throws, pillows...and rent a good movie and buy a good bottle (or 2) of wine. It was our "date" night.

I used to wear lingerie for him now he's lucky if I style my hair and put make up on.

Hmmm I used to do a lot more for him. I better think on this some more.

I get up later than my husband, so a lot of nights I put sticky notes on the mirror over his sink so he'll see them first thing. Just sweet stuff, nothing really epic

Sorry to hear about your mom and I'm glad you feel a little better having talked about it. You're not boring us, please don't worry abut that.

    Kim,
Where can I get a man like your husband ? Or can I have him ? Just kidding. A man who does housework is a blessing.

Well, I don't have a man at this time. BUT, here are some of the things I used to do for him...

. give him the best piece of toast and eat the burnt one myself
. I bought him flowers sometimes (he doesn't remember)
. I always made sure he had a birthday cake
