    Default Tales from the Crypt

Did Steve write an episode for Tales from the Crypt ?

Are there any other fans of this show out there?

I may not be remembering correctly, but I don't think so. He did Tales from the Darkside, but not Tales from the Crypt. Feel free to correct me if anyone knows differently.

It's been awile but I thought there was one he wrote (I could be wrong). It stared Ed Beglie Jr. as a door to door sellsmen who is taken prisnor by a family who is looking for a husband for there daughter. The father mother and daughter are all played by Tim Curry (Pennywise).

If I remember correctly, there was a Tales from the Darkside episode based on the story "Gramma". I don't remember there being a Tales from the Crypt, however...of course, that doesn't mean much...I can't remember what I wore two days ago.

I love Tales from the Crypt. The beginning is the best part.

I looked it up on www.imdb.com. The episode I was thinking of was not writin' by King. Gramma was an episode of the 1986 version of The Twilight Zone. Tales From The Dark Side had Sorry, Right Number & Word Processor Of The Gods. Tales From The Dark Side The Movie had Cat From Hell. In 1991 a show called Monsters had The Moving Finger. In 1997 The Outter Limits had The Revelations Of Becka Paulson.

I used to love to watch Tales from the Crypt when I was still single. I'd stay up awfully late in order to get my weekly fix. Man, it's been years since I have seen those episodes.

Once upon a time, I worked in a restaurant. We had a regular customer who looked exactly like the "cryptkeeper". Same stringy hair, bone structure, hollowed out looking eyes. His name was Bob. We all called him "Cryptkeeper Bob". He kinda liked the nickname, too!!

Didn't he and Tabby write an episode together for one of those shows? Or was that for one of the Kingdom Hospital episodes?
