Even though I love Christine a proper re-adaptation (is that right?) done right and I mean on the big screen, not this TV version which will be toned down.

Yes! Re-do The Stand.
It is not only King's best novel but to me the greatest novel ever written.

Do proper movie done right, and stay true to the novel.
TV movies/mini-series do not work.
