Few weeks ago I order Mist and Blaze. I haven't start to read them yet. But I think I start with Blaze next week.

I got my Constant Reader T-Shirt and Hoodie last week. They are GREAT!!! Over the weekend I ordered a lot 5 books - all Stephen King. I can't remember all the titles, but I do know that Black House with Peter Straub is among them. (I love that book!)

Also , I finally got my copy of Duma Key at our local Barnes and Noble. So far, it's a wonderful tale...

I bought a collection of 20 hardback King books from eBay, and I'll probably be getting another collection of 12 hardbacks in a couple of weeks.

I'm going to run out of space before I run out of money, I swear.

Just had three days off in a row so I decided to head over to the Seattle area to visit family and of course I had to do some book shopping at the area's used bookstores. Man did I SCORE!!! I usually go to the HalfPrice bookstores, I can always find some obscure King item to add to my collection. I was at the Bellevue Crossroads location and was looking thru their glass case where they keep the more rare and expensive items. Someone must have brought in their King collection as I saw A really nice 1st printing of the original version of The Stand ($50), a signed copy of the UK edition of Wizards & Glass ($500) and some other ones that I can't remember right now. Didn't want any of the ones there so I went over to the horror section and started looking thru the regular King books. They usually charge anywhere from $4.98 to $7.98 for the used hardbacks. I pulled off the only hardback copy of Bag Of Bones, checked the price sticker on the front which said $4.98, opened it up to the title page and right there in black ink see that it is AUTOGRAPHED by SK!!!!!! WoooHoooooo!!!! What a score!!! This was certainly overlooked by the book buyers the day this was brought in by someone to sell to the store as they would've charged at least $100 for this signed copy! I made it a habit to always check copies of BoB's when I find them as SK made an appearance in Seattle when it was 1st published and I got to see him in person at that old church in The University District but wasn't able to get my book signed by him. I knew someday I would find a signed copy and it took me ten years to do it, but I did it!! Let me tell you, I nearly ran out of that store after I paid my $5 and some odd cents (after taxes!)!!!! It was almost as good as when I found a mint 1st printing hardback of Carrie for $7.99!!!! Now, that time I DID run out of the store after buying it. I kept waiting for an employee to jump out and say 'We were just kidding, it's really $798!!!' I LOVE used bookstores!!!
