Definitely got some anger issues going. Makes me wonder, based on the way the article read; was he socially inept and played/manipulated by his "girlfried", then dumped when she got what she wanted? So it sent him over the edge, wanting revenge ?

Have mercy! He recently purchased a gun?!!!!!

His girlfriend left him taking the implants he paid for, he's stalking the plastic surgeon trying to get the money back, he's beating up his own dog in an effort to manipulate the ex-girlfriend...and he just purchased a gun.

There's a tragedy waiting to happen.
