    Default Craptastic ending

    Wouldn't a really gruesome hangnail have been as effective for a shock ending? The collapsed lung was really over-the-top. Thank you for writing such an inspiring book especially with the added pain factor. I hope your body has mended itself. The Little Green God of Agony worries me a bit. I lost a family member to pain killers 2 years after a car accident. Be good to yourself.

    ..not nearly as gag-a-licious as a good case of fungal toenails....
