Paul McCartney Week In Edmonton...

Sir Paul arrived yesterday for a two day stop. No I did not go to the concert though I could have with free tickets. I heard he did a wonderful job of it last night though. I wish I have his energy when I am seventy.

Paul McCartney is an amazing musician. I saw him twice-once at home in New Orleans-and another in Atlanta. I cried when I first saw him and I'm not usually overcome by famous people...although I almost cried when I met Stephen King too. The Beatles are my favorite band and seeing Paul McCartney perform and meeting Stephen King were two of the most amazing times in my life.

I saw Paul back in 2001 and it was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. Very surreal.
