I watched some of this last night. Some people watch horror to scare them but for some reason that movie cheers me up!

Well, the book scared me I think more than any SK book ever has and I think being a new parent at the time and just getting a house had everything to do with that. But I always smile when I first see Fred Gwynne on the screen. I can't imagine a better Jud Crandall.

I'm glad AMC is doing "King Week" but I don't like all the edited cuss words and gore. Commercials suck as well.

It can be VERY theraputic Feef, when someone else's unhappiness trumps our own percieved troubles...

Ah well, the FCC and all that right? AMC has bills to pay as well, but I agree I much prefer my movies uncut and advertisement free......

Remember a few years ago, AMC used to show movies commercial free and I believe unedited. They really did a complete 180 on the commercial thing. I think they went from having no commercials to having more commercials than anyone else.

They really do have a slew of commercials. More than most it seems.

The Walking Dead goes like this:

20 minutes of show, then 5 minutes of commercials. 10 minutes of show, 5 minutes of commercials. 10 minutes of show, 5 minutes of commercials. Wash. Rinse. Repeat.
