Same here I also get sometimes a feeling I've done this before or seen something.

I don't know if this constitutes deja vu per se, but I notice the time 12:34 almost every single day. Afternoon and morning. I told my hubby that I think that's the time I'm gonna croak.
It does not make him happy when I say it, but it's friggin weird!
Even today, a radio station I listen to was giving away tickets at 12:34. wth.

    Hi!

I knew this thread was gonna happen.

I have experiences of Deja vu often. I also have a 'whoa' moment when I realize it's happening. Have I ever tried to 'change' it or just let it happen? I have never tried to change it because it's happening too quickly and I am so in awe of seeing what I know is going to happen...happen. A little disconcerting.

    Peace.

Interesting...a few who have posted are the youngest in their families, as am I! There may be something to this! I wonder how many people on the board who experience deja vu are the youngest?!

Or maybe I've seen too many episodes of Fringe. Or maybe we all go todash from time to time. The whole idea almost makes some scenarios from The Talisman, Black House, and DT 5-7 seem plausible. Almost.
I could get on board with the whole "lives on parallel lines crossing/intersecting" thing! Why not? If something hasn't been proven false, then there is a possiblity that it could be true, right? And, if it could be true, then couldn't some of those scenarios in Talisman, Black House, & DT be more than "almost plausible"?

Thanks for all of the replies you guys! It's been fun reading your thoughts on the subject. It sounds like lots of people experience those feelings of having done something before, and I guess I could agree that it's possible that we've had enough similar experiences that it just makes us feel as if we've done it before, but what about this...very often when I experience deja vu, I know EXACTLY what someone is going to say and what I'm going to say back, and sometimes what they will after that. Word for word. It's so bizarre!

    OMG! Welcome to my world!

Don't say anything but, I have an OCD thing with 12:34! If I see 12:34 on a digital clock I HAVE to say, "One, two, three, four, one two, three, four, yay!" If I'm somewhere where people already understand that I'm goofy I will yell it out and then insist that they say it as well.

So, it's not unusual that I will say my one, two, three, four, ...thing and hear everyone else in the house say it back before I start bugging them. If I'm on the phone I'll say it and the person on the phone with me will say it 'cause it bugs me if they won't. Ha! I'm not just goofy, I'm a carrier, too!

I also experience deja-vu very often, and sometimes it freaks me out. It is so odd, when something happens to me, and I have this feeling that I knew it was gonna happen, I have experienced it before. Sometimes it seems like I have seen a dream about it, I may not remember it, but my subconcious does, obviously. But sometimes it happens so that even this explanation does not seem to be true.

Oh, wow, Sigmund, you ARE a goof (more than I'd realized, actually!)
Not that there's anything wrong with that. You are yourself, and that's all any of us should be!

Thank you for making me laugh and smile, as always!
