I like that song! It was popular when I was about 11 or 12, that's probably why.
Oh yes and the recitals! My poor family...four hours a year for 20 years they will never get back!! Who needs cigarettes to shorten one's life span....
I, on the other hand, loved it with all my heart and miss the be'jesus out of it. I often have strange dreams where I am back stage getting ready to go on and I can't find my point shoes. Or half my costume. Or I can't get my leaps off the ground. And while those dreams suck, it's also nice to be dancing again.
ff, if I had a daughter instead of a son, I probably wouldn't laugh as much watching him sing and dance to it. G is right, as provocative as the lyrics sound, it is very anti-sexy in that it's more about being confident no matter what, even if you find yourself wearing animal print pants and rocking a 'fro.
wigglewigglewigglewigglewiggleYEA! (I can't help it, it's a catchy song!)
I can't help it either...I like their stuff-fun without pretense....and the fact they are relatives of Berry Gordy(Motown Records Founder)..makes it even better...RedFoo is the son of the music mogul, and SkyBlu is his grandson.
I am not a fan of rap music, but this song REALLY bugged me. My husband used to love it and played it all the time when we were first together...blech. I think his cd "accidentally" fell out of the window of the car.
"I'm sorry Ms Jackson OOOO I am for reeeal...never meant to make your daughter cry, I apologize a trillion times.." Its Ka you bring that up, for some odd reason it was stuck in my head last night...I was purposely annoying my husband with it. good times hahahaha!!
G...No one has more fun than LMFAO, didn't know that about their lineage...very interesting.
