I don't know if you're like me or not, but I'm an exerciser. About twenty-five hours each week for three years now. How about you?
I barely get off the couch. What's exercise?
I do a little for the sake of my health, but not enough.
I'm a regular exerciser, but I am far from a fitness freak.
Okay, trying to be an athlete here. I'm competitive.
I'm fanatical about getting my exercise. I wouldn't miss it. Ever. Are you serious?

I've heard of it...~gulp~ I just always kinda figured it was some kind of horrible & vicious urbane legend, you know, meant to scare the kiddos into eating all their vegetables
...what, you sayin' it's not
?!?
I certainly should excercise more, it may not be to popular to say nowadays but I believe a steady pattern of exercise can be the key to all kinds of good health, mental and physical.
I know this, and yet I still don't exercise enough.
I look at pics of women in work-out gear...suppose that doesn't count.....![]()
What's up with that be advised warning at the top, makes me think the insurance company's gonna get me if I vote wrong.
My husband is a fitness freak. I was hoping it would rub off on me, but I haven't been able to break that barrier where it goes from being a chore to being fun. I do enjoy lifting weights and yoga but because of my back I have to take it really slow and it's frustrating.
I admire your mindset, ladypain.
I jog my dogs once or twice a day......I am trying to get the hang of running in these new butt toning shoes I just got. ( hubby has a home gym in our garage. " with every conceivable machine"....I try to avoid that place at all costs. I am more of an aerobic/yoga/jogging kinda girl)
I try to do at least a few 12 oz. curls a day.............![]()
If your work is physically demanding does that count? Please say yes...I'm going to go with, yes it counts! In that case I work out 3 or 4 days a week. Plus walk the dog, clean my house, do laundry (hey, you have to bend over to sort) get up from my chair several times an evening to get snacks... Wow, I work out more than I thought I did!
If cleaning the house and after several critters, a grown daughter, taking trash, and mowing in the summer counts, then I'm sort of good. I hear you can lose weight by meditation. Now that's my kind of exercise.![]()
