Default One monster of a manuscript. But will we ever get to see it?

In the Author's Notes of "Under the Dome," the manuscript is said to be a "dinosaur." So I'd like to know if this dinosaur of a manuscript will ever be available to the Constant Reader. What I mean is what happened to The Stand. When the Complete and Uncut Edition was released, there was over 150000 extra words. Awesome! It was far better than the original because of the extra character development, subplots and information regarding the events of the story. So, will there be an Under the Dome: The Complete and Uncut Edition? If anybody knows anything about this, I'd love to know. I really hope there is an extended version of this great work of fiction.

You're assuming that much more was cut from the manuscript of UTD than there was. This was not the same situation as The Stand.

I think the publisher made SK remove those pages from The Stand because it was too long. No one makes SK do things like that anymore so the finished UTD is probably just how SK wanted it.

Yeah, I think that reference was simply to how it looked sitting on his desk before it was in book format.

Can't imagine many more pages tagged into that beast...unless the publisher plans on providing each of us with a front end loader to tote it around....
