Possible Doctor Sleep Thread?

I'm posting this here in the hopes that sometime in the near future it will be possible to look for an official Doctor Sleep thread. I have no knowledge about any of this, so if nothing else, any comments people have about the upcoming book can be placed here.

Just to let anyone know, and ask.

I moved it into this forum for now since it's a sequel of The Shining. I'll ask Jordan to create a forum of its own, though.

MsMod, much obliged. To everyone else, I hope you're reading this for the info provided. Till then, feel free to post your thoughts and comments on the books in this thread at least until such time as an official makes this obsolete.

No need to make this one obsolete as I can just move it into the new forum. There are already a couple other threads in this forum where Dr. Sleep has been discussed and those will be moved, too.

No pub date has been set and I'm not sure they even have the manuscript yet so at this point it's still an assumption it will be the next book out.

My guess is we can expect the book release at the usual time the next November.

Just an update. Saw Mr. K's reading of Dr. Sleep at Savannah Book Fair. There's a lot I'd like to talk about in that regard, however I prefer to wait for an official Sleep thread to be started.

Anyone else feel free to leave you're comments on it right here for the time being. Who knows, I might learn something.
