Default Is Riding the Bullet a tale and after a novel?

I saw in Everything's Eventual that one tale is Riding the Bullet but there is a novel, isn't it? SK had written the tale and after he wrote the novel? It's the same or it's diferent history? I suppose that it's the same...

I think that with Duma Key happens the same. In the end of Blaze there is a tale of Duma Key and there is the book too.

No, "Riding the Bullet" has always only been a short story.

Duma Key has always been a novel but a portion was excerpted as a "teaser" in Blaze.
