Canadian Justice System makes me so angry. You can get away with murder here. She is going home to Australia.

Will she be free to roam in Australia or imprisoned there? I haven't read the details of the crime but how can drowning two children be considered manslaughter or even second degree murder?

I'd be very surprised if Aussie would want her roaming around if she's been found guilty of Murder.

Apparantly she will be going back there Flakey...it is her country of origin. This seems to be a trend lately. Women immigrate here and kill their children, seems to be. A few months ago, a woman from Argentina drowned her poor little son in the bath....she is in Alberta hospital...and will likely get off with it. Another women from Asia, a nurse, is trying to get an appeal, as we speak , for killing a lil toddler in her care. What is all this about? Most of our murders here in Edmonton are committed by folks who immigrated here lately. Is it because Canadian justice is such a paper tiger? Lethal injection for all of them! Seems like a lot of women are now committing murder, and claiming post- partum depression. Bunch of bull****, in my opinion. Just because a person is depressed that doesn't give them the right to murder their lil children. Calling that insanity is stupid...it is pure evil and nothing else.

Reading this pisses me off too. I will never understand how people can do these things. Child abuse,neglect,murder all rattle my cage.

If you're deported, does that mean the country you're going back to (presumably your homeland) won't impose any penalty for a conviction overseas? (Sorry, I really don't know enough about this)

It's disgusting isn't it? And it does feel like they've almost gone somewhere looking for a loophole. Those poor, poor babies.

If the Canadian justice system allows them to go then there is not anything Australia can do...they did their time, etc. I would like someone to beat this woman senseless...the bloody bitch. She took the lives of these two innocent lil boys and now she is going home. Someone needs to hire a hitman to whack her lol.
