Happy cos my blood pressure is down.
The new meds kicked in, along with a strict diet and 26-7 miles every day on my stat bike obviously do do the trick.
really tired cos of it, but it`s worth it.

Excellent news, Srbo! Keep up the good work! Pretty soon you'll be adjusted to the routine and that tiredness should go away.

I am happy today because I spent the weekend doing volunteer work for a neighborhood association. Saturday a neighbor who I'd not met before and I used my truck to collect scrap metal around the neighborhood from people who needed it removed, took it to the scrapyard to be recycled, and got cash to give to the neighborhood association.

Yesterday I installed a split-rail fence in a neighbor's yard--another neighbor and his wife I hadn't met before. They were so excited and happy. The ground under the grass was filled with what whomever poured the driveway ages ago which was left-over buried in the yard. When the neighbors returned from church (they are Jehovah's Witness), the man (Steve) helped me dig some of the post holes. Had he not, I really think I might not have been able to get the job done yesterday due to the pinched nerve in my lower back.

So, I am happy today to have new neighbor friends, and to have completed the weekend's projects without becoming more of a cripple than I already am!

Blunt, you sound like a terrific neighbor, good for you! And Melissa, congrats on leaving the old job behind you and starting a new one. Some jobs are real soul-suckers and it's best to get away as soon as you can.

I'm happy because on Friday I read on some internet pages that Full Dark No Stars is translated to Swedish and is gonna be release this June. Again a brand new King novel to read I can't wait.
