I'm happy today because it's a beautiful day outside, I found a new author (Evan Black), Chet's ears are randomly standing up at odd angles, and I got a bonus!

Happy cos my blood pressure is down.
The new meds kicked in, along with a strict diet and 26-7 miles every day on my stat bike obviously do do the trick.
really tired cos of it, but it`s worth it.
