    I haven't posted here in a while!

Finished up my Dark Tower journey, then read IT. It has been longer than I thought since I read that, and there was a lot that was almost brand new to me. I enjoyed it, especially seeing things from the point of view of the adult Losers, since I'm about the same age as they were in the book now. Lends a different kind of perspective.

Then I read Hearts in Atlantis, hadn't read that one since it first came out. I didn't like it the first time, but I wanted to read it with fresh eyes after finishing my last DT journey. I really enjoyed it this time around, I "got" all the DT references in the story with Ted and Bobby, and the other stories were amazing as well...a lot of food for thought in them.

Now I'm about halfway through Insomnia, another one I didn't care for much the first time around. The first 150 pages or so really dragged for me, but it has picked up now, and I am liking this one a lot more this time as well.

Also listening to TWTTK, first experience with an audio book, and I am loving it!

Just finished The Painted Darkness by Brian James Freeman.
Good tale. I'll read him again.

I got this free a few months back and I must say I'm really enjoying this.

    STEPHEN KING ON CHRISTOPHER SMITH:

"Put me down as an enthusiastic Christopher Smith fan. ...Smith is a cultural genius." --STEPHEN KING
I am truly enjoying this. Christopher Smith keeps it rolling right along. I think once he learns to pace the story a bit he will be a really great writer. I can tell that he has really been bullied before in his life.

Im almost 100 pages in on "Bag of Bones" and so far I love it.. And everything I hear about it from people who've read it just make me more excited because everyone seems to of loved it. Anyway I bought a few books this week to add to the library which I plan to read later; "Legacy" by David L. Coleman, "House of Leaves" by Mark z Danielewsi, "Shadows" by john saul, "Intensity" dean koontz, and "Rosemarys Baby" by Ira Levin. My fav Genre is Horror/science fiction but I love crime, mystery, thrillers, paranormal and historical fiction too. Read away

The Dark Tower. Anyone else reluctant to get into it because it is the last book? Silly, I know.
