Good for you! I currently weigh around 150 - 160ish (I cannot tell my exact weight as it is a Nato secret). I am 5'4" so I am a tad overweight. I have about nine weeks to go until my son's wedding and I would love to lose even 10 pounds! - So - may I ask - what is your secret? or what method did you use? i.e. more exercise, less food or what? I find since I turned 50 it is really hard to drop those pounds like I used to. At one time I could lose easily but now it is really hard. I was thinking Weight Watchers but I was wondering if the on-line version is better than the meetings. I found the meetings only worked if you could find a leader who inspired you...![]()





(Is it just me or does this happen to everyone on here- everytime I click on the emoticons they're always scrambled around, each one is never in the same place?) I hope this finds you all in a good place and a good frame of mind. I see there's still lots of nasty weather out there affecting peoples lives. My thoughts and prayers go out to all affected by these storms and anyone else who needs them. 'Tis Friday, so that should mean something for most!!
