Well, I was told to go home from work about an hour and a half early today. Man, this stupid Isaac is killing business. Today was so freakin' slow that I'm surprised I even made five and a half hours today. I guess that's the one good thing about being the only cook on shift.

Hope everyone is having a great Wednesday (or at least a better one than I'm having). I'm about to watch some movies and try to forget the fact that I'll have to go to the same ole crap tomorrow.

Hello Tet!!

Well, three days have gone by very quickly. So far, we've just been tooling around Kailua Town but we're getting into the swing of things. Tomorrow, we are going to see what's up in Waimea town. That's paniolo country. We'll stop at the Waikaloa resort on the way back. The have an amazing collection of Asian art and beautiful grounds that include a groomed trail to view ancient petroglyphs.

I hope all be safe who's in path of Isaac. It's been sunny and 17C here, not much sign
of Autumn yet.

I was and see the doctor today and she said that this bad cough I have can take a month before it's
over. Nice Otherwise I'm doing fine except that my throat is sore again.

Hope all is feeling well or getting better.

It`s a beautiful feeling to wake up happy and at complete peace with myself for no special reason at all.
May you and I, my friends, feel like this every day of our lives. Do I ask for too much? I don`t think so. We`ve got only this one life to live. So, lets lean back and enjoy the ride...love and lights.

Wow, have I been busy the last few weeks! I'm getting a lot more done these days, but this productivity crap is really cutting into my online social life.

I've got a light load tomorrow, though, so I'll most likely pop in a bit. Hope you are all having a fantabulous week!

Woohoo, we were busy today! I actually got to stay at work for an extra hour because the closing cook called in sick. Feels good to have a decent day of work again.

And yay, I got to come home to college football!!!!!

Good Friday to all. Enjoy the extra day this weekend, if you have the day off. I do believe the seasons are shifting. The air feels different, not the temps as still topping 90's each day.
May all find the strength both physically and mentally to face the challenges of recovery from Isaac. Our thoughts and prayers are with all.
Finished my outside chores, so time to rest in Bean bag central with a tall iced herbal tea. All are welcome to join.
