It was in the sixties here yesterday and overnight we had rain to ice to snow. I saw a terrible rollover accident early this morning because of the icy roads. I'm hoping that the person or persons in the SUV are okay - the vehicle's roof was crushed as it came to rest on it's roof. There were already people there helping but it must have just happened as NH's finest weren't even on the scene yet....I tried to pull over and help, but there was a logging truck behind me and he blew his air-horn and flashed his lights at me and the others in traffic. I guess he was afraid of getting stuck/spinning or whatever. I haven't seen anything on our local paper's website so I'm hoping for the best.

Ice is very dangerous I realize this morning, when I fall and hit my knee. Still hurt in it. But maybe it's better tomorrow.
Weather is still same as yesterday except that we have a hard wind outside. Everything blow away.

We are going to a nice Chinese restaurant, where I will no doubt drink too much vino, and then going to see The Raven afterwards...hope it's good! The Yorkshire Terrior that we will soon get was just born a few days ago. He's black with a white strip down his neck, I believe. I talked with my mom for a few hours yesterday about a good name. She didn't want it to be named H.P. Lovecraft so I came up with the name Starscream. She didn't like that one much either. Then I thought of Reagan. My mom liked that. I was thinking of the character from The Exorcist, but then my brother said, "his middle name should be Thatcher." I thought that was so funny and my mom did too. So I guess his name will be Reagan Thatcher Long. Hopefully, the dog won't try tearing down any walls in our house.
Anyway, the weather here is overcast and wet. Talk about Déjà vu.
Happy Friday All! I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend! It's going to be another gorgeous day out my way. Everyone back on the other Coast please be careful, what with the cold weather you've been having. Drive safe!! My cat is driving me crazy right now, she wants to go outside in the sun! She won't stop with the meowing!!!!!!!!! I let her and my other cat go outside yesterday while I was changing the tires on my cars. They love to go out, but I have to wait for it to warm up alittle more today before I let them out as I prop open the screen door so they can go out as they please and I don't want to keep the furnace on while I have that door open. In the meantime..........MEOW!!!!!!!!..........MEOW!!!!!! !..........MEOW!!!!!!!!! You get the point! I love my cats but sometimes they can drive one nuts. Still having car troubles. Had to take one of my cars back in as it's making funny noises (never had it do that before) and actually stalled at a red light yesterday, this is after I had a new head gasket installed! This car has been my baby, I took great care of her all the time I've owned her, I know every noise and belch she makes and these are all new ones after this work was done to her. I hate mechanics! So, we're going to replace a hose and see what happens then. Yeah, right. Oh well, everyone have a great day and be good to all you meet!! Happy weekend!!
