Thank you Marsha...I think that is my problem. Have to tell myself it is ok to cry and to let it out. I feel guilty sometimes for doing that...because there is sooo much to be thankful for! But sometimes it all gets to be a little too much.

Nasty weather in a lot of areas today........waiting on a lot of snow. Leap day storm is a coming...........
Be safe everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cry already!Think of it this way, when you're all filled up with the grief, there's no space left to fill up with happiness. To grieve is a natural part of the process and stuffing (denying) the feelings only delays that process. Just as long as you're not incapacitated by your grief, it's a good thing and the guilt is entirely optional. Nor does it mean that you are not grateful for the good things you already have--they're not mutually exclusive. You're entitled to be sad about your loss and grateful for all you have. (((Tina)))
Cat-Ms. Mod is wise. Have yourself a good cry. Wallow in the sadness a little (or a lot) if you need too. You'll feel better for it. Tears release bad gunky. That's why we have them so let em flow...
Well, I've just been informed by my dad that we are getting another dog.We already have one dog and two cats. But... the dog is my dad's dog, one of the cats is my brother's, and the other cat is mine. My mom hasn't had a pet since ole Jake Dog had to be put to sleep. It looks like the dog we'll be getting is a male Yorkshire Terror about so many weeks old. I don't fancy the idea of having housebreak another dog. That's why I'm more of a cat person.
But we'll be getting the dog for free, thank God. And at least it's not a crazy chihuahua because then I would have to get a few more locks on my door and a plastic-coated bed. I just know that my cat won't like this turn of events. He probably won't leave my room for a week once that dog gets here.
Have a great leap day everyone.

love ya, dear
Cat...like everyone above me said...cry it out! If you're feeling guilty about it (silly!! it's natural and healthy) then just put on a tearjerker of a movie and let the tears flow!

Cats rule. At least in our house. Dogs have owners. Cats have staff.
And Cat in a Bag - cry away. I feel the need to do that myself occasionally these days. Just don't tell anybody! It'll be our secret.
Hi.
Thanks everybody for the warm words, but I don`t feel much better today.
Really bad reaction to that flu-shot, my wife says the same happens to her sister whenever she gets it.
(((Tina)))
Hope you are all well, love and lights.
Happy Leap Day, Everyone!
Raining here, hope it's warm and sunny by the Cantina pool--think I see the pool boy out there. Chet has gone to visit Grandma and Grandpa today.
