Wanted to stop in and say hello. We are in the middle of repainting our house. ( interior) Ugh if I see another 5 gal bucket of paint it will be too soon!! Saying prayers of safety for all those affected by trop storm Debby. May she lose strength and do no more!! Hope to talk to you all soon. ( sheesh I almost wish it were winter again.......I wasn't half as busy as I am now.) Wishing you all a calm and safe week.

Good Monday to all. A tad soggy and wet in Spideyland. Debby is being a real pain.
Wish this constant rain could be sent to the wildfires out west.
I think Mother Nature needs a long vacation.

Sending prayers, positive thoughts, good vibes to Sigmund and Patricia, and also to everyone in Debby's path.

We have been sweltering hot the last few days, hit 102 yesterday. Supposed to be high 90s again today, no rain in sight. Think we're going to head to higher elevations tomorrow, spend the day in the mountains where it is cooler. I did nothing but read over the weekend, it was just too hot!

Still have a few things to get done before my Mom gets here Friday, I can't wait to see her.

My husband had that 'Chucky' look in his eyes yesterday so let's just say I had a scary weekend. I'll be hiding under the table in the corner booth with a cup of tea and any kind of information on Krav Maga that I can get.

If someone wants to pitch me a cinny bun later this afternoon, I'd appreciate it greatly. At this point, I'll take any kindness with gratitude.

Hope all had a great weekend. And also want to wish everyone a safe and good week ahead!!

The whole weekend was very warm and sunny here. Even up to 24C ( 75F) and I enjoyed the great summer weather.
The only bad thing was that I spent to much in the sun without sun lotion and burned my shoulders. I should be more careful next time.

Hope all is feeling well or getting better summer flue is going on now.
And please be safe in bad weather too.
