Good morning to all! We have plenty of snow here, and the sun at last!!! Several snowmen have already been made!

    Morning, everyone!

    Feel better, Sig!

It is very cold here and I'm still fighting headaches off and on. Felt better on Sunday so decided to tear into my basement and sort through some stuff...all I accomplished was making one huge mess. Where does all this stuff come from? I found some address labels from before I was married...our 11th anniversary is next month! haha. And school stuff from the kids galore. Guess I need to buy some scrapbooks or something. Having a hard time paring everything down, maybe I'm a closet hoarder?

Have a good day everyone, feel better, stay warm and safe.

Hope all have a great and safe day and week!
Feel well soon Sig! It's bad cold and flue season now. Stay warm and rest, that help.
I agree with you Gallina about the snow. It's a lot of white stuff on the ground here too.
And it been pretty cold too. Yesterday temps was -6C and today it was -8C brrrr......
Stay safe from cold, heat and storm.
Be well and take good care!!

    Hi.

Ummm...what happened here? Feel like Bill Murray in " Lost In Translation"
    Ah, the board, the board.
Keep up the good work, Jordan and Brian.

Raining here, I`ve got a stiff neck again...I don`t know how many times this has happened in the last few months. Every couple of weeks it happens...
My wife says that it seems like that happens to me whenever I start worrying about something to much...or feel sad.
And yeah, I do feel sad. We all know why.

That possible? That you get a psychical problem cos your nerves are strung out?

Hope everybody rested well during the weekend, love and lights.

Neck (and back) muscles are a very common area to tense up from emotional stress. I feel it all the time when I'm doing massages and that's where I get tense the most, too.

Happy Monday All! Sending out good thoughts to All who need them! (((((Siggy))))) Stress tends to work wonders on your boddy. Try to relax if you can. I, too, carry alot of stress in the neck area but most of it is down in my lower back. I hope everyone had a great weekend? Looks like those of us out here in the Pacific Northwest are in for the 'Storm Of The Century'!! Lots of snow is being predicted for us. My relatives over in the Seattle area already got a few inches yesterday with much more to come later this week. So far, here on the other side of the state, we haven't had any, but it is coming. Everyone have a happy day!!
