I survived a very dangerous day yesterday. My husband's mood went south a few days ago and I've been waiting for the attack. Yesterday morning he tried to expose me to something to trigger anaphylaxis. He didn't succeed. However, he succeeded in exposing me to peanuts last night. Yesterday, he was angry when he found out I had the night off. Usually, he plays 'happy family' on Sunday night with his friend and her kid. Murderous plick. I was suspicious and was taking extra antihistamines all day yesterday. I'm. Still. Alive. It wasn't easy and I'm still pretty shaken up.
I'm hoping he's not as bad tonight. I'll take extra antihistamines to be safe. I'm so glad I'll be starting to talk to someone about all this stress this week. I can't wait until I can get all the pieces in place so I can run.
I'll be in the corner with a mug of hot chai tea, hiding under the table, I guess. I've got The Stand with me. I'll be fine reading.
I was going to complain about some thing or other but, in perspective with other problems I could be suffering...my life is pretty good. I say "Thank you."
Thoughts, calm, comfort, strength, safety and hugs going out to Grrl and LP.

Now I really think spring and summer has arrive. Outside is 14C and sunshine
I've tried to spend most of the day doing some outside chores.
I even wear t-shirt middle of the day when it was so hot.
