When exactly do Eddie and Susannah "marry?"

I am about 20% through Waste Lands... I 'get it' that Eddie and Susannah are married by ka, and that there was no formal ceremony or anything, but I am wondering if I missed something where SK tells us for the first time that they are 'husband and wife.' Can anyone point to me the first reference to them being married? Where I am in the book, Eddie just shot up the snake and the rat after Shardik, and they are referring to them as married but for the life of me I cannot remember reading when in the book they go from being intrigued with one another and in love, to "marrying."

Don't remember zackly, if there was a distinct mention of it...but as our dearly beloved friend would have said-I ass-u-me, that it just became a given....anyone else with a better "memberin'" noggin?....

Hi, Hkay1-

For the past few months, I've been re-reading DT (currently about 3/4 through The Waste Lands,) and there isn't an actual ceremony, but SK initially refers to them as being "wed" towards the end of DT II.
