    Default "How IT happened" essay

Has somebody here read King's 1986 essay "How it happened" about writing the book? Is it interesting? How many pages is it? Thanks!

    Thanks for this, Ms. Mod.

A good idea is like a yo-yo--it may go to the end of its string, but it doesn't die there; it only sleeps. Eventually it rolls back up into your palm.
    Loved this line!!

And the rundown cowboy boots reminded me of our ol' friend Flagg!

I have more pictures of Bangor (the canal) and so on. I took my honeymoon there in October. It was my intent to put my visit to Derry up right away but so far my lovely wife and I have been too busy. It is coming though. We have lots of pictures of scene from the book.

It was indeed. The honeymoon was actually in Maine overall. We spent a good deal of it in and around Bar Harbor. We were in Derry (Bangor) both the before, Halloween, and the day after. Halloween in Derry is a kick. When I put the photographs up I will give all the details that will interest Sai King's fans.

A late congrats on your wedding, RG! Is your wife a big It fan too or just super nice to have a honeymoon in the places you always wanted to visit?
