Default Chicken: eat the skin, or peel it off?

    New poll question:
When you have fried chicken, do you 1. eat the skin or 2. peel it off?
I eat it most of the time (that's what the breading is for, right?) unless it looks gross or is too tough.

I generally prefer skinless grilled chicken. When eating fried, the skin comes off.

I love Chicken Skin......We don't eat it too often since it's sooooo fattening!! ( we buy boneless skinless chicken breasts and they just don't compare)

It's the only good part of a chicken.

Absolutely, though this is a case of do as I say not as I do. I say don't eat the skin, especially if it's KFC (addicting) because it's relatively low in nutrients compared to fat.

So, I probably shouldn't've voted...nor posted anything at all. Too late.

I would love to eat the skin-especially KFC- but, I already mess up big time eating sausage. I take the skin off and try to give my heart a break.

    Peace.
