Smile Would love a sequel to Salem's Lot

Further adventures of the boy and the man. Expansion on the theme of the priest who was damned by his encounter with the vampire. Where is he and what is he doing? There's alot of good "meat" left in this story. Please write a sequel Stephen. I bet it would be fun!

    Hi,

Haven't read the Dark Tower yet? If not, you should.

Most of SK's books are a sequel to Salems Lot (the ones wrote after it,that is).Its brilliant how he's managed to connect so many books together. When someone asks "which SK book should I read next?" my answer should be to read them in chronological order wherever possible.Father Callaghan where art thou now?....That would be telling

I have to echo the sentiments on WOLVES OF THE CALLA. Plus, there's always the short story about Salem's Lot. You could look upon that as a sequel.

Apparently I have to get cracking on the Dark Tower series, I am partially though "The Wastelands" and it sounds like there are a lot of exciting things to look forward to in the upcoming volumes!

I have to agree with you about reading them in chronological order. It's a great suggestion! I too, love the fact that he has tied some of them into one another

i'll be on the other side and send out a friendly warning to any and all seeking a 'sequel' to SL...

i'm going to do what i always do when i see an answer to the question of a sequel to the great SL that includes a directive to read DT5,6 & 7: go ahead, but beware...there is no sequel there

what remains of, and happens to, the characters and/or situtations from SL...is not what you might expect if one were looking for a 'sequel'

the last 3 DT's have their fans, but, IMHO, the three books are among kings lesser works, not nearly in the same league as DT2, 3 or 4...or SL....all of which are among his very best writing and storytelling...but, that is just my humble opinion

I don't know of any SK fan who wouldn't want to see a sequel to just about anything he wrote.

I'd agree with this - Salem's Lot is one of those novels that ended just a bit too quickly
