Did I somehow miss what happened to Black 13? I thought Roland was going to use it at the Dark Tower? Will Jake, Susannah, and Eddie use it in another book?

Which is quite clever when we consider what happened on Sept 11, 2001. Was it destroyed when the building collapsed, or could it have somehow been released from it's locker where afterwards an unsuspecting member of the public found it intact? It is easy to assume it would have been crushed, but when it comes to something magical, the possibility is still there that it may have survived such devastation.

I was curious about that myself, perhaps it woke up and played a hand in the attacks...? Calling the terrorists to perform such a heinous crime? (Obviously I understand that this was fictitious and there was nothing under the WTC, but I am curious as to if Stephen King wanted us to think about where/how Black 13 turned out)

It was a ball of glass, don't forget, so it would have been crushed during the WTC collapse. They are fragile, this was mentioned several times (don't forget in The Talisman how the pink one was almost dropped).
